Client Services Technicians are the front line representatives responsible for answering TLC Solutions inbound phone calls and ticket enquiries, as well as acting as the role of dispatch to ensure customer issues are responded to timely and by the appropriate resource. This position is Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm PST.

Telecommunications Team Leads are the representatives responsible for all fiber, microwave, satellite and phone system installs as well as leading the team completing the work orders and effectively communicating with the client. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm PST. Overtime and travel will be required. Travel during peak periods will be approximately 50%.

TLC Solutions is seeking a talented Client Services Technician to join our team.

The Client Services Technician will be the front line customer representatives responsible for answering all TLC Solutions’ inbound calls and ticket enquiries, as well as acting as the role of dispatch to ensure customer issues are responded to timely and by the appropriate resource.
