Albert Louie
Client Services Technician
Albert Louie joined the Terrace office team as a Client Service Technician. He assists TLC Solutions in data communications deployment and client IT support roles.
Chanzo Muema
Client Services Technician
Chanzo is a very humble and friendly guy. Currently a student at UFV, Chanzo is working towards a BSc in computer information systems focusing in software development. He brings a diverse background in customer service and inside sales to his role. Being relatively new to the IT industry, he has already gained valuable experience as a member of the TLC team and brings a passion to learn new things. Chanzos hobbies include hiking, drumming and videogames.
Charles Krasny
Client Systems Administrator
Charles has been in the IT industry from the time personal computers lacked hard drives. Starting out as an AutoCAD draftsman, he quickly moved to IT support. Charles currently holds Microsoft MCITP, SonicWALL CSSA, and several CompTIA certifications as well as an Applied Network Design and Administration Diploma from BCIT. He is responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure for clients of TLC Solutions.
Chris Thomas
Sr. Systems Administrator/Team Lead
Chris joins the team with several years’ experience with managed services working in the IT industry, and specializing in network design. He joined TLC Solutions before in its early years, and he's happy to return as the company grows. He took the computer information systems program at the University of the Fraser Valley.
Corey Cornell
Client Systems Administrator
Corey has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. He started working for a small computer literacy training company as its main line of support while still in high school. With two rounds of college, Corey has a diploma as a Computer Maintenance Technician, A+ certification, and MCSE 2000 certification. In the last few years, he has been focused more on the server side of things, but has been a part of desktop support and infrastructure projects as well.
Dustin Jones
Sr. Client Systems Administrator
Dustin has been working in the IT industry for seven years. He initially started as in-house IT and moved on to Managed Services Providers. He now enjoys working with the team at TLC Solutions and gaining experience and knowledge from others within the organization.
Dustin Ruchotzke
Communications Technician
Dustin joins the Terrace team as a Communications Technician. Beginning a new career in IT and telecommunications, he is specializing in remote networking and front end user support. Dustin brings a wide variety of work experience and is excited to learn in his new role. In his spare time, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing and playing his guitar.

Business Development Director
Glen has spent more than 27 years in various industries including marine, telecommunications, internet data communications & IT related services, contributing in a sales and customer service-related role within the Vancouver Lower Mainland.
Howard Chang
Technical Account Manager
Howard Chang, born and raised in Vancouver Canada-- where he studied Marketing and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Father of one rambunctious (little mischievous) toddler together with a supportive better half, trying to figure out parenthood.
Specializing in Telecommunications and IT for over 15 years in Government, Public and Private Sectors-- providing a wide breadth of knowledge across many industries. He has a passion for solving business challenges and creating roadmaps for growth.
His constant thirst for knowledge and adventure has taken him to over 20 countries, 60 cities, and has provided him a greater respect for this little blue dot in the galaxy we call home.

Jacob is making strides to stand out within the expanding world of IT professionals. With sights set on a BCIS at the University of the Fraser Valley, Jacob's knowledge base is growing along TLC. Jacob is a patient worker with attention to detail, and outside of work he enjoys lacrosse, walking, and any team-based game.
Jeff Clarke
Client Systems Administrator
Jeff has been working in the IT industry for over a decade and has a great understanding of IT infrastructure. Jeff has worked with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Mac, and various mobile platforms. He has worked with a vast range of clients, and has provided support for variety of software and hardware. Jeff is an excellent problem solver and will try to find any possible way to get a client in need up and running.
Jennifer Roy
Director Of Operations
With over 15 years of operations experience, Jennifer joins the team as the Director of Operations in our Langley office. Her experience in a variety of industries such as telecom, ecommerce, insurance and IT has helped her to become a skilled leader with a diverse group of teams. This experience helps her to drive operational excellence and best practices at TLC Solutions. Jennifer has a passion for employee engagement, client experience and process management and is excited to be part of our amazing leadership team.
Jon Paulson
Client Systems Administrator
Jon has been working in Information Technology roles from contracting for national companies with thousands of locations to managed services for business for the last 8 years. Specializing in a variety of skills like systems administration to pos design and implementation. He has experience on projects of all sizes working on planning and management committees for national events like the Canada Winter Games as well as projects with local offices. He is excited about excellent service and finding the very best solutions for clients, as well as being a vital member of their teams and helping with their successes. He hopes to bring his leadership and technical qualities as an asset at TLC Solutions.
JP Racine
Communications Technician
JP is a seasoned technician from the old school with a passion to deliver the best product possible. He appreciates client needs and adds value to his service by being meticulous, and by going the extra mile. JP brings with him a great deal of telecommunications knowledge and experience, specifically in structured cabling and equipment installations.
June Kim
Chief Financial Officer
June Kim joined TLC Solutions in 2006, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Finance Department. June graduated from BUFS (Busan University of Foreign Studies) in Korea with a B.F.A (Bachelor of Fine Arts) and continued her education at SAIT (Southern Albert Institute of Technology), where she obtained a Diploma majoring in Accounting. With over 12 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer, June is responsible for overseeing all of TLC’s financials focusing on gross margin and business optimization. When she is not working, June enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Karissa Schlegel
Customer Solutions Representative
Karissa Schlegel joined TLC Solutions as a Customer Solutions Representative based out of our Edmonton office. She’s ambitious and driven, with a strong background in customer service. Karissa comes to TLC Solutions with previous experience in both IT software and managed services. She is excited to bring her strong communication skills and positive attitude to the team while providing exceptional customer service. In her spare time, Karissa enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Kelly Smith
Communications Technician
Kelly has worked in IT off and on throughout the last 28 years having provided IT services to many businesses and individuals in Northern BC. Self-taught, she started her career by teaching her college instructors how to use their new computers back in 1991. Outside of computers, Kelly enjoys motorcycling, fishing, camping and tinkering with solar robotics.

Kevin is an exciting and enthusiastic IT professional. He is a certified Microsoft Technology Associate and has trained for advanced networking solutions. He has experience working on large projects like the Canada Winter games and Microsoft workstation deployments for large clients in banking and other various sectors. He brings excellent customer service to the team at TLC and is working to expand his skills and experience.

Margaret comes to us as an alumni of the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She has worked in the IT Industry for the past eight years with a focus in Managed Services Providers for the last 5 years. With strong customer service skills, Margaret's favourite goal is to ensure your tech works for you so that you can focus on your goals.
Mike Humberstone

Recently graduated from the B.C.I.T. Technology Specialist Program, Mike joins our team with a drive to learn and a natural talent for IT support. Don’t let his bright smile fool you, Mike is tough as nails. His career in construction was cut short when a life-changing ankle injury forced him to investigate his other talents. After years of building his own computers and being the family tech, he saw an opportunity to mesh his strong customer service skills with technology. When he isn’t making your technology work for you, Mike is all about family and gaming. His weekends are spent on adventures with his fiancée and two daughters and an occasional X-Box binge.
Nigel Fox
Client Systems Administrator
Nigel’s experience in IT extends to service and support with a little bit of programming experience. The list of companies Nigel has worked for in IT includes Urban Systems, West Fraser Mills and Northern Health. Nigel received his BSc of Computing from Thompson Rivers University in 2005. Apart from IT, Nigel likes art, garage sale-ing with his friends, and hanging with his wife.
Ryan Faulkner
Client Systems Administrator
Ryan has been in IT for 14 years, from contracting to MSP’s, he’s developed specialized skills in systems management, maintenance, protection and automation. He’s held titles such as Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Analyst, Senior Infrastructure Analyst and Research & Development Analyst. Most recently he was instrumental in defining a single division of an MSP company that worked towards defining backup strategies for customers and then handing that developed role with procedures and policies over to new staff. Ryan’s implemented and migrated 100’s of companies from one Anti-Virus platform to another, and one Anti-Spam platform to another. Ryan is also adept at hosting platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. Ryan is ever evolving his skills and experience and is excited to apply all that he’s learned and developed to help grow TLC Solutions.
Seungbum Yoo

Seungbum has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and has a strong background in both Computer Science and Telecommunications. In 1999, he founded TLC with a focus on providing excellent IT & Telecommunication services. Seungbum graduated at SAIT in 2000 with President's list member (Honors) in Telecommunications Engineering Technology. Seungbum has been delivering successful projects and added values to every client he has worked with. His motto is "Exceeding expectations". He is also a member of Rotary Club since 2003 and has always exceeded its motto "Service Above Self".
Steve Gregory
Client Systems Engineer
Steve joins TLC Solutions with over eight years’ experience in the IT industry. He graduated from the esteemed British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Diploma of Technical Studies, focusing as a Computer Information Systems and Internet Systems Technician. Steve looks forward to working with the team and the growing client list of TLC, providing recommended solutions to the many challenges facing our clients, and gaining further IT experience in the coming years.
