Cameron has over 15 years of experience in IT and Customer Service supporting professionals in a wide array of industries.  Went to St Lawrence College in Kingston Ontario focusing on Networking and Computer Programming.  Enjoys learning new technologies and has a passion for helping others to understand complete technical system.  In his spare time he enjoy camping, hiking and being by the water

Charles Krasny
Technical Account Manager

Charles has been in the IT industry from the time personal computers lacked hard drives. Starting out as an AutoCAD draftsman, he quickly moved to IT support. Charles currently holds Microsoft MCITP, SonicWALL CSSA, and several CompTIA certifications as well as an Applied Network Design and Administration Diploma from BCIT. He is responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure for clients of TLC Solutions.

Chelsea Slater
Dispatcher

Chelsea joined TLC with over 10 years of customer service and 3 years of Business Management experience. Based out of our Langley office in the role of dispatcher, Chelsea is  the customers first point of contact, ensuring the appropriate member of our team is handling our clients issues. In her spare time Chelsea enjoys reading books, watching movies and playing the piano.

Chris Hammond
Database Developer

Chris joins the TLC team with 8 years of industry experience. He started working in a small local computer repair shop when he was 16 years old. He has since attended KPU and UBC and has a wide range of knowledge in hardware and programming. Chris enjoys learning new technology and programming frameworks and is always up for a challenge. Chris’s hobbies include photography and hiking in his spare time.

Chris Radcliffe
Technical Architect

Chris Radcliffe has been in the commercial I.T. industry for over 20 years, and is a dean’s list graduate of NAIT’s Computer Engineering Technology program. He has partnered with both local and international organizations to bring technology and innovation to the front stage. Chris’ primary focus is on technology strategy and solutions architecture, and carries a broad range of skills that covers server hardware, enterprise application delivery, networking, and wireless technologies. Residing in Edmonton, Chris enjoys spending his personal time with his family, likes bacon, and sings karaoke from time to time.

Chris Thomas
Sr. Systems Administrator/Team Lead

Chris joins the team with several years’ experience with managed services working in the IT industry, and specializing in network design. He joined TLC Solutions before in its early years, and he’s happy to return as the company grows. He took the computer information systems program at the University of the Fraser Valley.

David Mitten
Client Systems Administrator

David has been working in the Information Technology field for 18 + Years, he holds his MCSE, MCP and certifications in Business Administration, ITIL V3 David also holds diplomas in Project Management, CISCO and CCNA.

Recent experience includes the management of the delivery of corporate IT renewal and infrastructure deployment.

David loves to travel, spending time with his family and lives in the beautiful City of Prince Rupert.

Dustin Jones
Sr. Systems Administrator/Team Lead

Dustin has been working in the IT industry for seven years. He initially started as in-house IT and moved on to Managed Services Providers. He now enjoys working with the team at TLC Solutions and gaining experience and knowledge from others within the organization.

Gerald Magdahong
Client Services Technician

Gerald began his technical career as a Level 2 Technical Support Representative of a Business Processing company in the Philippines. For ten years, he handled all escalation tickets from the junior team members. Providing solutions and resolving issues with 100% client satisfaction is Gerald’s goal. Gerald has always taken pride in his work and has always enjoyed interacting with clients even in difficult situations. He strongly believes that focus and dedication to your work will help create a positive experience to all.

Gerald credits his work in technical support for helping him learn compassion and the eagerness to help clients especially those that are not tech savvy. After taking a short break in the technology field to go back to school, Gerald is excited to join TLC and look for ways to enhance the client experience thru technology. He resonates well with the TLC vision statement of helping people love technology.

Howard Chang
Sr. Account Executive

Howard Chang, born and raised in Vancouver Canada– where he studied Marketing and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Father of one rambunctious (little mischievous) toddler together with a supportive better half, trying to figure out parenthood.

Specializing in Telecommunications and IT for over 15 years in Government, Public and Private Sectors– providing a wide breadth of knowledge across many industries. He has a passion for solving business challenges and creating roadmaps for growth.

His constant thirst for knowledge and adventure has taken him to over 20 countries, 60 cities, and has provided him a greater respect for this little blue dot in the galaxy we call home.

James McIntosh
Operations Manager

With close to 11 years’ experience in IT Consulting, Team building and Team management James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as, Operations Manager at TLC.

James has a strong technical background and a passion for process, efficiency and operational best practices, while also ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to the IT industry, James worked for a large financial institution in the corporate security department.

In his free time, James skies, mountain bikes, and generally enjoys the North Van lifestyle.

Jared Boren
Client Services Technician

Jared Borden is a prospective employee at TLC solutions in Prince George, BC. Having grown up using computers an phones, problem solving network issues, and staying up to date on technology, Jared seeks to have a permanent career in a technological field. Currently a Barista at Starbucks, Jared has also worked as a cellphone technician in Eston, SK, a rancher and seasonal staff at Circle Square Ranch Halkirk, in Alberta, and as an electrician for Concept Electrical Ltd. in Edmonton. Enjoying traveling and participating in humanitarian work, Jared spent a week on East Hastings in Vancouver, BC, a week and a half in The Pas, MB, two weeks in multiple locations in Cuba, and three weeks in multiple locations in Kenya. He hopes to find opportunities to serve the public in Prince George as well. When Jared is not working on repairing phones, or taking care of his pet bunny, Billy, he is often found reading or listening to podcasts. During these activities he takes notes in hopes of writing books or sharing stories with friends and colleagues.

Jeff Clarke
Client Systems Administrator

Jeff has been working in the IT industry for over a decade and has a great understanding of IT infrastructure. Jeff has worked with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Mac, and various mobile platforms. He has worked with a vast range of clients, and has provided support for variety of software and hardware. Jeff is an excellent problem solver and will try to find any possible way to get a client in need up and running.

Jennifer Roy
VP, Operations

With over 18 years of operations experience, Jennifer has the role of VP, Operations, based out of our Langley office. Her background in a variety of industries such as telecom, e-commerce and insurance, as well as IT, has helped her to become a skilled leader of diverse teams. This experience helps her to drive operational excellence and best practices at TLC Solutions. Jennifer has a passion for employee engagement, extraordinary client experience and process management and is excited to be part of our amazing leadership team.

Jon Paulson
Team Lead

Jon has been a key member of the TLC team for over 3 years, bringing his leadership and technical qualities as an asset. Prior to joining TLC, Jon worked in Information Technology roles from contracting for national companies with thousands of locations to managed services for business. Specializing in a variety of skills like systems administration to POS design and implementation, he has experience of working on projects of all sizes, including planning and management committees for national events like the Canada Winter Games as well as projects with local offices. He is excited about excellent service and finding the very best solutions for clients, as well as being a vital member of their teams and helping with their successes.

June Kim
Chief Financial Officer

June Kim joined TLC Solutions in 2006, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Finance Department. June graduated from BUFS (Busan University of Foreign Studies) in Korea with a B.F.A (Bachelor of Fine Arts) and continued her education at SAIT (Southern Albert Institute of Technology), where she obtained a Diploma majoring in Accounting. With over 12 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer, June is responsible for overseeing all of TLC’s financials focusing on gross margin and business optimization. When she is not working, June enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Kevin Lind
Client Services Technician

Kevin is an exciting and enthusiastic IT professional. He is a certified Microsoft Technology Associate and has trained for advanced networking solutions. He has experience working on large projects like the Canada Winter games and Microsoft workstation deployments for large clients in banking and other various sectors. He brings excellent customer service to the team at TLC and is working to expand his skills and experience.

Leland Ash
Client Services Technician

Leland completed the Computer/Network Electronics Technician program, with honours, at CNC and has achieved CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCENT certifications. He prides himself on his quality of work and attention to detail. As a member of the TLC Solutions team, Leland aims continually to improve his current skills and to gain new ones while providing the best possible service to our clients.

Leo Stephens
Communications Technician

Leo Stephens joined TLC in early 2019 and has worked in the communications industry since 2007. He has supported both residential and business customers to meet a variety of their complex technical needs. He is a dedicated worker who perseveres until the job is completed. In his spare time, Leo enjoys expanding his knowledge on all topics tech and spending time with his daughters.

Margaret Dang
Client Systems Administrator

Margaret comes to us as an alumni of the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She has worked in the IT Industry for the past eight years with a focus in Managed Services Providers for the last 5 years. With strong customer service skills, Margaret’s favourite goal is to ensure your tech works for you so that you can focus on your goals.

Nicole Long
Office Administrator

Nicole joins TLC Solutions with over 10 years of office administration experience. She began her career in the medical field and most recently started a small business with her partner overseeing office and accounting functions. With a strong focus on creating efficiencies, Nicole is excited to join the TLC administrative team. When she is not working, she loves to go on adventures with her family and dogs, take roads trips to the lake and spend down time at home with her children.

Nigel Fox
Client Systems Administrator

Nigel’s experience in IT extends to service and support with a little bit of programming experience. The list of companies Nigel has worked for in IT includes Urban Systems, West Fraser Mills and Northern Health. Nigel received his BSc of Computing from Thompson Rivers University in 2005. Apart from IT, Nigel likes art, garage sale-ing with his friends, and hanging with his wife.

Paul Mitchell
Technical Account Manager

Paul has been in the IT industry for over 20 years, working for MSPs, local government and the public sector. With a strong technical background, Paul brings a passion for building relationships with clients and understanding their processes. He enjoys demystifying technology for people & promoting it as a solution rather than a source of frustration.

Paul spends his spare time hiking with his wife and three dogs, bumping into wildlife more often than he is comfortable with.

Prabhjot Singh
Communications Technician

Prabhjot joined the information technology industry because he feels IT is the backbone of today’s world and every innovation makes the world better. He is dedicated to helping others and has 8-years’ experience working closely with customers to help ease them on their paths to their goals. TLC Solutions is dedicated to providing the best IT services and with his skills in telecommunications and customer service, Prabhjot is a great fit to help TLC achieve its vision.

Ryan Faulkner
Centralized Services Administrator

Ryan has been in IT for 14 years, from contracting to MSP’s, he’s developed specialized skills in systems management, maintenance, protection and automation. He’s held titles such as Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Analyst, Senior Infrastructure Analyst and Research & Development Analyst. Most recently he was instrumental in defining a single division of an MSP company that worked towards defining backup strategies for customers and then handing that developed role with procedures and policies over to new staff. Ryan’s implemented and migrated 100’s of companies from one Anti-Virus platform to another, and one Anti-Spam platform to another. Ryan is also adept at hosting platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. Ryan is ever evolving his skills and experience and is excited to apply all that he’s learned and developed to help grow TLC Solutions.

Ryan Laughy
Team Lead

Ryan has been working in the IT industry for 9 years working in internal IT departments at Sawmills and Mines around BC. His experience working at a startup mine as sole admin has created a tenacity for solving problems and left him with a strong focus on the financial impacts of his IT projects. Some of the technology he has worked with include Hyper-V, SQL Reporting, Automation Scripting, Networking, and Disaster Recovery. Ryan is a self-starter and quick study that enjoys being thrown into the fray regardless of the technology in play. Working with TLC Solutions Ryan hopes to expand his knowledge and share his experiences to help grow the team.

Ryley Wort
Client Services Technician

Ryley has joined the TLC Solutions team as a Client Services Technician in our Edmonton office. He has always believed IT is the most important industry to work in and is very excited to begin his career. He has been involved with programming and computer hardware since he started High School and has a passion for problem solving and helping clients. In his free time, he studies to further his knowledge in the IT field, skateboards and works with 3D models.

Sean Thummerer
Client Services Technician

Sean Thummerer has joined the TLC Solutions team as a Client Services Technician. He graduated from Lethbridge College and received a Diploma in Computer Information Technology. He has developed a diverse set of skills in order to meet the needs of this fast-paced, result-oriented position. His hobbies include home improvement, diving and video games.

Seungbum Yoo
President & CEO

Seungbum has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and has a strong background in both Computer Science and Telecommunications. In 1999, he founded TLC with a focus on providing excellent IT & Telecommunication services. Seungbum graduated at SAIT in 2000 with President’s list member (Honors) in Telecommunications Engineering Technology. Seungbum has been delivering successful projects and added values to every client he has worked with. His motto is “Exceeding expectations”. He is also a member of Rotary Club since 2003 and has always exceeded its motto “Service Above Self”.

Sherrie Moretti
Office Administrator

Sherrie joins TLC Solutions with 24 years of office experience. She started working for a large communications company as a file clerk and worked her way up to Cash Management Supervisor. She supported 200+ retail locations with cash balancing and day to day issues that would occur. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, kayaking, and travelling.

Shuhaib Ahmed
Client Services Technician

Shuhaib is an IT Professional with knowledge and skills in system administration and computer networking. Throughout his education, he enjoyed working with virtualization technologies and troubleshooting computing issues. He likes to explore new emerging technologies and learn about them. He holds MSc in Computer Network Technology, a graduate certificate in Network Infrastructure and System Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications.

Spencer Cameron
Client Services Technician

Spencer Cameron joined the TLC team in 2018 with eight years of customer service and management experience. Previously running his own computer repair business for six years, Spencer moved to Terrace, BC from the Fraser Valley to raise his family and gain more experience within the IT industry. During his downtime, he can be found freshening up on the latest tech and playing video games.

Steve Gregory
Technical Architect

Steve has over a decade of experience in IT with a broad background of skills and holds a diploma from BCIT focusing as a Computer Information Systems and Internet Systems Technician. Having worked with clients from individuals to international organizations, he understands the needs of businesses of different sizes and how to help them scale effectively and accomplish their goals. Over the years he’s gained extensive knowledge in network architecture,servers, enterprise applications, and project work. He’s always been eager and willing to tackle any problem to find a viable solution to meet or exceed expectations.

Tim Reynolds
Client Systems Administrator

Tim is a graduate of Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, having begun is career in the oil and gas sector, he is excited to further his growth with TLC as a Client Systems Administrator. His first step into the field of technology began with programming and hardware at a young age and continued to develop as his passions grew. When not at work, he is at home with his family or working on his home lab; utilizing technology to improve his families media storage needs, device and network securities and events scheduling.

Thomas Ndana
Client Services Technician

Thomas is an ambitious and self-motivated Computer Network Administration graduate from NAIT. He likes using his knowledge and experience to help others with practical applications of technology. In addition to his extensive formal training and education, he is a self-starter with a passion for lifelong knowledge and growth. Thomas is happy to join the team at TLC Solutions as a Client Service Technician. In his spare time, he likes to get in touch with his artistic side by drawing or painting.

Tyler Hansen
Client Services Technician

Tyler joins the TLC Solutions team in October 2019 as a Client Services Technician. As an avid technology hobbyist, Tyler Has been building and fixing PC systems for friends and his family for the past 8 years. During his free time, Tyler likes to play video games and research new technology. He is excited to begin his IT career with TLC.
